Hari Subramanian

Hari Subramanian is a seasoned technology leader with a multifaceted experience spanning over three decades. In his most recent role, Hari led Engineering for the Artificial Intelligence Center of Enablement (AI COE) at Cigna, a Fortune 15 global healthcare organization in the US. In this role, he leveraged generative AI to deliver business value at scale to drive business growth and increase efficiency. As an early adopter of responsible AI practices, Hari led the building of a technical platform for AI Governance across the enterprise. Hari also brings a wealth of technology consulting experience across Healthcare, Life Sciences and Financial Services domains. Hari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, India. In addition, he has certifications in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and in Application of Generative AI from MIT.

Michelle Worth

Founder, Advisory Board Member

Michelle is the founder of HER Inc., a data-driven consumer health technology company making health and wellness better for HER. Our mobile and web platforms, EmpowHER and SkinSAFE, help women understand their health and wellness and improve their health choices. Michelle has become a nationally-recognized women’s health and wellness advocate and spends her time speaking before women’s groups, health care organizations, political leaders, regulatory bodies and the media about women’s health and the importance of women advocating for themselves and their loved ones. Michelle is also active in philanthropic and community service initiatives in South Florida along with her husband, Peter Worth Sr.

Mike Bousquet

Mike serves as the Chief Product Officer at Query.ai, bringing over 25 years of technology industry experience to the role. He is passionate about building great teams and products that enable security operations teams to succeed. Most recently, he was VP, Product at FireMon following its acquisition of DisruptOps. He was previously co-founder & CEO of Groove.id and General Manager of cloud security solutions at SecureWorks. Earlier in his career, Mike helped Dell Technologies acquire and integrate the businesses that became Dell Software Group.

Lou Cofini

Lou is a seasoned executive with a proven record of driving transformational growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. His career bridges revenue leadership and corporate development, with deep expertise in scaling SaaS and Payments businesses, revitalizing underperforming assets, and executing high-impact M&A. He has held key leadership roles at multiple high-growth software companies, contributing to three IPOs and several successful exits. Today, he advises investors and C-suite leadership teams on strategies to accelerate growth, optimize performance, and unlock shareholder value.

Tim Kirk

Tim Kirk is a sales leader who has built and led sales teams for over 30 years in venture-backed startup companies in security, identity management, ETL, AI/ML, big data, CAD/CAM, and supply chain spaces. Tim has pioneered markets on 6 continents, selling into the financial services, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and media verticals, resulting in 5 successful acquisitions. Tim is currently leading EMEA for Synadia, a leading open source messaging software company. Tim and his wife live in Europe (Ireland and France), have two grown daughters and two toddler grandsons.

Baset Chaudhry

Baset Chaudhry is the founder of Bantam Solution, a boutique outsourcing firm that provides accounting, finance and data solutions to clients worldwide. He previously served as the CFO at Bykea, Pakistan’s largest on-demand motorbike platform, where he played a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving rapid growth. Earlier, he worked in New York at leading global firms: investment banking at Barclays, equity research at Morgan Stanley and private equity at GF Capital. With experience as both an investor and operator, he brings a unique perspective in building and scaling businesses across emerging and developed markets. Baset is a former British U-19 Squash Champion and a four-time U.S. National Team Champion at Trinity College, where he captained the team and held the #1 ranking throughout his collegiate career.

Frank Villavicencio

Frank Villavicencio is a seasoned product leader with over 20 years of experience across high-growth startups and global enterprises like Oracle, Citi, and ADP. He has led three successful exits and a major acquisition, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. Frank specializes in Identity and Access Management, Human Capital Management, and FinTech, and currently advises startups as a fractional Chief Product Officer. His approach helps teams build and scale products with clarity and discipline. A recognized innovator, Frank holds nine U.S. patents in Identity and Access Management.

Amir Shani

Amir is a systems designer and architect with extensive expertise spanning software engineering, network infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Calgary, where he was a member of the Network Systems and Applications Lab. Currently an Associate Engineer at Huawei Technologies Canada Ltd., Amir advances R&D on networking solutions for large language model training and inference, translating research innovations into practical implementations for the product line. His published research spans artificial intelligence and IoT, datacenter networks, and AI networking infrastructure. With his ability to bridge research innovation and engineering delivery, Amir brings valuable technical insight to the advisory board.
