Peter J Worth, Jr.
Director
Peter founded Athena Software Group after spending almost two decades leading Technology and Security Operations for one of the nation’s leading Insurance Brokerage providers, serving some of the largest and most heavily regulated companies in the world. Before joining ABC, Peter held senior leadership and executive management roles at Aria Systems, Taleo, CoreCentive, and Portal Software, helping to design and build, and secure, the Cloud and SaaS software infrastructure that has become the de facto standard for application providers today.
David Camp
Director
David comes to Athena with a wealth of experience, both as an entrepreneur and startup specialist, as well as spearheading the brand & marketing strategies for some of the world’s leading technology companies. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Metaforce, one of the leading Strategic Brand Consulting firms in the US, and prior to this held executive positions at BlackBerry, Amazon Wireless, and Microsoft. Dave has deep experience and a strong track record as a technology marketer, entrepreneur, business builder, and thought leader in complex, competitive, consumer, and B2B markets, as well as a successful record as an outside consultant to businesses. Dave currently resides in Seattle, WA, with his wife and has two grown daughters.
Stephen A. Lundin

Steve has a long history of success building financial services teams across many of the most well-known and successful firms in the world, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results in complex international and domestic environments. A global leader with extensive success in high-profile P&C, Benefits, Life, and Retirement distribution organizations, known for connecting strategy to execution, inspiring teams to achieve corporate objectives, and catalyzing positive change. Steve brings strong experience in building and strengthening organizational capability, building and strengthening sales pipelines, and driving growth through data-driven business planning, collaborative teamwork, performance management, and team building. Steve joined Athena’s board in May of 2025 and currently resides in Providence, RI, with his wife and two boys.
Alan Crowther
Director
Alan Crowther brings more than two decades of experience building and leading data, software, analytics, and commercial strategy organizations in highly regulated global markets. He currently serves as General Manager, Global Pricing & Access at EVERSANA, where he leads the U.S. and global pricing and access product portfolio, supporting brand strategy, market access data, and revenue software for life sciences companies. Throughout his career, Alan has led large-scale technology initiatives and helped organizations use advanced analytics, global data collection, and algorithm-driven insights to improve commercial decision-making. Previously, he held leadership roles at Capgemini and Accenture. Alan is a graduate of Princeton University and brings Athena valuable perspective in enterprise software, regulated-market strategy, data-driven operations, and scalable technology platforms.
